Dear Hyo-Jeong, just a comment, as you tested the same subjects twice you should set up a model that includes a subject term (I'm not sure whether you did so). In your case, the paired t-test or the "One-way ANOVA - within subject" option. If you go with the differences of the GM volumes and the differences in behavioral/clinical score, then you can use a one-sample t-test or multiple regression. Best, Helmut
