After loading SPM.mat to look at the results, I noticed the following message in Matlab window:
Warning: spm_XYZreg: Co-ords rounded to
neatest voxel center: Discrepancy 1.16
In spm_XYZreg at 490
In spm_results_ui>mychgcon at 1227
It didn't prevent the activation map from being loaded, and I was able to browse through it. But could anyone tell me why I got the warning message? Thanks!
