Hi all, The script that was copied here did not work with me due to the following error : Undefined function 'spm_get' for input arguments of type 'double'. Error in cg_flip (line 14) P = spm_get(Inf,'.img','select scans'); I am a basic matlab user and I think this is an old script and may work with old SPM versions. Please any help Thanks On Fri, Jul 19, 2013 at 10:05 AM, Alexandre Obert <[log in to unmask] > wrote: > And what about this : > > https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/**cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind04&L=** > SPM&P=R189407&I=-3&d=No+Match%**3BMatch%3BMatches<https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind04&L=SPM&P=R189407&I=-3&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches> > > ? > > O.A. > > Le 19/07/2013 11:01, Michael Erb a écrit : > > Don't forget to reslice your images for the statistics. >> >> Am 19.07.2013 06:12, schrieb Ella: >> >>> There is an option to reorient images: >>> Batch --> Util --> reorient images >>> You should enter Images to reorient and reorientation matrix.
