I did paired t-test to compare functional connectivity maps of two conditions, and when I choose FDR in the results window, it gives T=inf (p<0.05 FDR). Can you help me to interpret this? When I don't apply any correction, it gives T=3.73 uncorrected. However, I would still like to correct for multiple comparisons, and if FDR thresholding is not possible, would there be any other way to do it?
