Hi Everyone,

 We are in the beginning stages of developing our data curation services here at Syracuse University in the USA. What I am looking for at the moment is any kind of workflow, checklist, process, etc. for the staff of the data center/repository to follow in providing their services. I have found a great deal of very helpful material aimed at researchers producing data, but precious little for staff use. Does anyone know where I can find this or have anything they would be willing to share?
