Yesterday, every database I tried (at least four of them) was non functional. I have written to NHS Evidence and they have come back to me stating the intermittent access issues. This is more than that. This is freezing and not being able to access saved searches, not being able to access results - total non functionality. For the last three days I have not been able to do literature searches. We might manage one or two line searches at best before it 'freezes' completely. There has been no improvement for over a week now. I raised a call last week but was told it's part of the existing problems. Is this the same for everyone?
