We could forward the email thread to their help desk pointing out that
this is no longer an isolated issue?

Dear All

This is the reply I had from NICE on Monday following a formal
complaint. They are clearly not addressing the needs of the users and
failing to provide a usable service.

Lucy & All - I too am having major functionality problems with HDAS.
Yesterday, every database I tried (at least four of them) was non
functional. I have written to NHS Evidence and they have come back to
me stating the intermittent access issues. This is more than that.
This is freezing and not being able to access saved searches, not being
able to access results - total non functionality. For the last three
days I have not been able to do literature searches.

I can access the site & use it OK but I'm having serious issues with
Medline. If I click on the title of a citation, no Indexing terms
display; I can't get my citations to sort by Publication Date; also
database is swirching spontaneously between search steps, without my
noticing.

Hello all

I know there is a message on HDAS warning of isolated performance issues
but is anyone else finding it impossible to access the site the majority
of the time? We might manage one or two line searches at best before it
'freezes' completely. There has been no improvement for over a week
now.

I raised a call last week but was told it's part of the existing
problems. Is this the same for everyone?

Best wishes

Lucy
