The book was prepared originally for the Apple iBooks Store and is now in the Store's review process; however, it can be obtained in the EPUB format from Smashwords, which is readable on IOS devices, as well as in a variety of other formats.
As noted in the earlier message: proceeds from the sale of the book go to support publication of Information Research, which charges no subscription and has no financial subsidies to support publication.
