Maximum numbers: 24 Closing date for bookings: 29 August 2013 Course Outline There is a three stage approach to this training: * Pre-course work * A one day workshop * Follow up coaching support Stage 1 - Pre-course work : Prior to the workshop all participants would be sent a short questionnaire to clarify their objectives for the conference. Stage 2 - Two day residential conference : The overall aim of this event is to provide individuals with the opportunity to explore the different ways people can be influenced and identify ways to develop their influencing skills. Delegates will examine the true nature of influence and impact through a series of inputs, group experiences and feedback. Day one will focus on the traits of influential people and day two will introduce a practical step by step model for influencing in a range of situations. Stage 3 - Follow up Coaching: After the one day workshop delegates will be offered optional individual coaching support to help develop their ability to influence.
