Hi
If you have access to a cluster of computers you can run parallel probtrackx2 jobs each one with a reduce number of samples per seed, and each one with a different random seed value (--rseed). Then just add the resulting matrices in matlab.

Cheers,
Saad

Hi
i  used probtrackx2 with --omatrix1 option and many cortical and subcortical areas as seeds and i was aware that it would take long time and it is still running after 5 days; is there a way to reduce processing time (i used many seeds).

Thanks
