Dear All: I'm using feat for first level analysis and I noticed that feat did not generate all outputs for some subjects. For example, in the *.feat/reg directory, feat generated highres2starndard_linear.nii.gz and other files started with highres…, but it did not generate other files started with example…, e.g., no eample_func2highres.nii.gz. I also noticed an error message during feat setup after click done on the states. The message is: "Error: bad window path name" . Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
