Hi Rosalia,

The -V (not to be confused with -v) is no longer needed. Other than that, it looks fine to me. Remember that the inputs need to be meaningful for what you'd like to investigate and all in the correct sizes.

All the best,

Anderson

Dear FSL experts,

I have a doubt regarding if this following command line is the appropriate for performing randomise with resting state data (a IC of interest) and a mask.

 randomise -i  IC -o IC_x -d design.mat -t design.con -n 5000 -m IC_group_mask -T -V -D

Any suggestion would be highly very appreciate.
Thank you for your time.
Yours sincerely,
Rosalia.
