I have a question regarding the plausability of my results. I am running Flame 1 to test group difference on functional connectivity maps. I got a robust group difference in a cluster that does not overlay either group's mean
connectivity map. The cluster is not in white matter or CSF regions either. I'm wondering how possible it is to get a group difference in a large cluster (around 1000 voxels) , even though the groups' maps (thresholded and unthresholded) only cover a small
part of the cluster.
