Dear FSL experts,<br><br>I have been working with ICA. My dr_stage3_tfce_corrp_tstat  images are  at 4mm of resolution. This resolution is too bad visually talking...and I have been trying to resample this image to the MNI152_T1_2mm template....but I have not been lucky.<br>

<br>I tryied different interpolation systems: nearestneighbour, trilinear and sinc....but it does not work.<br><br>As a matrix I have used highres2standard.mat ....<br><br>I have tryed using directly flirt...then fnirt and appywarp...but with flirt the results are very bad....the activations appear rotated in different regions...<br>
