Dear experts,

Would I be able to regress out the 6 motion parameters using the .par file outputted from running mcflirt before I carry out the other preprocessing steps (smoothing, highpass filtering, slice timing correction)? I am asking because the motion parameters in the mc folder do not appear highpass filtered which doesn't match the highpass filtered data I will be regressing out from.

As an alternative is there a function in FSL I can use to highpass filter the parameters in the text file?

Dr. Smith sent a matlab script that can do that but with no prior experience with matlab I am finding it very difficult to run.

As a last resort would it be okay to use the .par file as is in fsl_regfilt with the preprocessed image as the input?
