I am trying to resample the aparc+aseg.nii file that is output from --recon all to a matrix with dimensions 48 x 64 x 48 (333 space) and retain the voxel values that have been labeled by --recon all and correspond to the various segmented anatomical ROIs.  I presume one would use fslroi to do this.  I can resample the image just fine when using fslroi, but the values I use for xmin, ymin, zmin must be wrong since I'm left with valueless voxels.
