A recent naturalistic study undertook to
evaluate the reliability and validity of "A modular self-education tool
for tracking patient response to treatment changes".
Two clinicians rated clinical function at 624
visits for 26 patients with excellent agreement (Kappa = 0.75).
Further, validity was established in respect to
the blinded clinician ratings: the clinicians' ratings accurately identified
differential responses to four unique drug treatments within the patient
sample.
