Please find attached details of a fully funded Master’s position (NZ$13,000 plus fees) on the Energy Cultures II project at the Centre for Sustainability (www.csafe.org.nz), University of Otago (New Zealand).

The Energy Cultures II Project

The Energy Cultures II research programme (EC2) works with the transport, business and household sectors to support a faster and more effective uptake of energy efficiency technologies and practices, and identifies system-wide changes that will be required (www.csafe.org.nz/energy_cultures_ii_stephenson__lawson). EC2 will also provide personally targeted information on highest-impact energy-efficiency actions for homes and businesses, and transport. It also works closely with businesses to promote market opportunities in new transport technologies, fuels and services.

 

The Master’s Degree Project

The particular topic of interest for this Masters scholarship is examining business opportunities in future transport which will involve a qualitative approach to explore opportunities (and possible barriers) for business involvement in energy-efficient future transport technologies, fuels and practices.
