Hi All,

The work is loosely related around aspects of Community Psychology ie bronfenbrenner, Nelson and action research etc. Also aspects of Community Organisng is used ie Alinsky & Freire. There are no Clinical Psychologists at the moment. The work carried out by CFL has been undertaken with £0 funding and most of it has been done voluntarily and is run by volunteers. There are two Community Psychologists graduates of Manchester Metropolitan University previously taught by the now retired Professor Carolyn Kagan, who help out with their ideas and project creation.

An example might be a clinical psychologist who infiltrates a planning group using French and Raven's theory of Social Power, then pursuades the planning group to change its policy on, say, ASBOs using Bion's group analytic theory.
