Understanding and accessing 2011 Census aggregate data

A free, one-day workshop, organised by UK Data Service Census Support, which will provide an introduction to the aggregate data outputs from the 2011 UK Census.

 

UK censuses provide an unparalleled resource of high quality information about a wide range of current and historical demographic and socio-economic characteristics of the population across the UK.

 

As well as the introduction to the aggregate data outputs, the workshop will include hands-on sessions giving an opportunity to explore the InFuse interface. InFuse is designed to simplify access to and understanding of these data.

 

The workshop will be of interest to existing and potential users of census outputs.

Introduction to the Wealth and Assets Survey

This free to attend meeting, organised by the UK Data Service, is an opportunity for users of the Wealth and Assets Survey to meet with the production team from the Office for National Statistics and key users from policy departments to learn about recent developments and to discuss and influence upcoming developments to the survey. In addition, presentations of work from some data users will be given, demonstrating the potential uses of this survey.

Family Resources Survey user meeting
