Full time, fixed term for 3 years

We have an exciting opportunity for a medical statistician to join a 
primary care research team using large primary care databases including 
CPRD and THIN. The post-holder will lead analysis on projects with these 
databases including a study on the health of people with learning 
disability. You will join an experienced multi-disciplinary team with a 
strong publication and grant record in primary care epidemiology.

You should have an MSc in statistics and at least three years’ 
experience of analysis of primary care or similar large healthcare 
databases. Database management and programming experience in SAS, or 
similar software, is essential as well as skills in complex statistical 
analysis using a range of techniques. You should have a record of 
peer-reviewed publications based on your own statistical analysis.
