At the LSE we have a LGBT staff network SPECTRUM, we have just been allocated a very small budget for all our staff and student networks.

We do allocate a small amount of funding to our three networks, though actually they do not use it up. But this is a new idea for us to try and reinvigorate the groups so they not used to having anything to spend!.
