Hallo Igor,

Although I realise you must be looking for European samples, an example of a Middle Stone Age (= Middle Palaeolithic) site with quite a number of the giant African land snail:

Badenhorst, S. and Plug, I. 2012. The faunal remains from the Middle Stone Age layers of Bushman Rock Shelter in South Africa. South African Archaeological Bulletin 67(195):16-31.

I send you a pdf off-list.

best,

Shaw Badenhorst
