Hi Ross, I've been off line for a while and have lost track of things, but would be interested in obtaining a copy of the book at the list rate. The only thing is I live in the US and am not sure how I would pay you! Of course I have a visa card, but do you use PayPal? I will actually be in the UK (Wales, Cambridge, half a day in London) in July and could perhaps do something through the bank while there if I know what.
