If you find a specific issue that is hard to understand,get it fixed with the ops portal, but if you don't know what roles your VO needs/what CPU requirements you have/can't make up some kind of acceptable use policy (you wouldn't let people on your local network without reading them the riot act, why would the grid be different ?) etc, you probably aren't ready to use the grid yet.

so it must be made user-friendly, one way or the other.
