Dear SPM experts, I am new in the field and I would like to ask for your suggestion about DCM model. I have auditory MEG data analysed with the fieldtrip. I filtered MEG signal band-pass 35-45 Hz than averaged over trials and got auditory early evoked gamma band response(see attachment). With the LORETA source localisation I have localized both sides auditory cortices and one region of interest in the prefrontal cortex. So, I have three sources and I would like to do the DCM connectivity analysis among them. Interval of interest is from 20-80 ms after the stimuli(marked with red arrow in the attached image). Could you please suggest me which DCM model is suitable for this case? I have heard that the ERP model will not work due to different biophysical properties. Thank you in advance! Regards!
