Dear colleagues,
I am after the discovery of the first open access journal(s). I am aware that PLOS ONE is not necessarily the first one. I managed to trace as early as 1996 the Journal of Cyber Chemistry but I couldn't find any editorial or history info for this or other journals from both the UK and other countries.
Any help is much appreciated.
