As a result of feedback gathered after the IEEE Open Access webinar on 15th May 2013, IEEE have made significant amendments to its Open Access policy and the terms of the current Eduserv offer on Author Processing Charges (APCs).

You are invited to attend a second webinar offering an overview of IEEE Open Access options, during the webinar IEEE Senior Director of Product Design, Karen Hawkins will highlight the changes to IEEE policy on the following areas

- Use of Creative Commons Licences (CC)
- IEEE Policy on repository deposits and article re-use
- Validity period of pre-purchased APCs
- IEEE Statements on the requirements of key UK funding bodies, where to find them and how to ensure your authors can find them
- Article submission and meeting the information requirements of the UK funding bodies
- Accessing and using your pre-purchased APCs immediately
- What do to if incorrect funds or accounts are used for article submission
- Managing your IEEE APC account
- Submission of articles to PMC and Europe PMC
