Dear Museum world

We are currently working on a project that will see the creation of a touring exhibition looking at the lives of women during the British Civil War, investigating the roles that they played in the conflict and the impact that it had on their lives.  This will feature portraits from our Fanshawe family portrait collection (which includes one of the greatest memoirists of the period, Lady Ann Fanshawe) which will be available for loan alongside the exhibition. The content will be aimed at the KS3 area of study for this topic.

We are applying to the HLF to fund this project, and to support our application we need to demonstrate that there is demand for this project.

Would anyone on this listserv be interested in hosting this exhibition at their venue?

Many thanks
