I have brucker raw data, 2dseq and fid files and now no more access to the scanner. I was trying to convert these files to NIFTI, however there are only softwares to convert in to Analyze format. Unfortunately converting in to Analyze, I m loosing information like voxel size. Is it some software to autodetect the voxel size information or may be a way to calculate it from other values ?
