Hi (MJ and Jesper, in particular?),
I have recorded gradient-echo EPI data and machted spin-echo EPIs blip-up/blip-down to generate a fieldmap for unwarping B0 distortions.
My question is which image should I enter as the (brain-extracted) fieldmap magnitude image. Is it the undistorted bet'ed output from topup?
Or should I not do this within FEAT but better run applytopup (or even eddy??) on the motion-corrected functionals instead?
