I have run DTI FIT on a set of images and it all went well. Now I am trying to run Bedpostx on the same brains. From your previous posts I read that Bedpostx runs only when the following files are available:
1. bvecs
2.bvals
3. nodif_brain_mask_nii.gz
4. data.nii.gz
My question is where does one find the nodif_brain_mask_nii.gz? Also is the term "data" generic for the coregistered and DTI fitted image?
