There is no longer any paperwork to be filled out for candidates arriving within 1 hour of the published start time of the exam for JCQ exams. (Page 33 of ICE document).
Not sure if it changed this year or last.

Hi All
Can someone help me out here? I had a student who arrived very late into an exam: too late to not record but not late enough for an official VLA form.
Somewhere in the depths of my brain I recall filling out a form before to log lateness so we have a record but it doesn’t have to go to the board and I cant find this anywhere. Am I dreaming or is there really a form out there.

Edexcel are still issuing these. However, there is a "feature" on Edexcelonline that allows any of the users to opt the centre in
or out of receiving these, and inexperienced users (aka Tutors) can do this inadvertently.

Hi All
We have not received any pin cards this year for students to register to be able to receive their EDEXCEL results online, I seem to remember getting correspondence from EDEXCEL earlier in the year that this system was changing, my questions
are
Has anyone else received a pin card?
Did I imagine the system was changing?
