Hi Elaine,
We have a main Centre Contact for EAL (usually the Curriculum Manager) and they can manage the ‘administration’ from their account. They are able to create additional users to cover various roles - Assessors,
Invigilators etc and they are able to control their permissions. Anyone can contact their Customer Support and I have always found them to be most helpful.
It is a quite straight forward process to set it all up and if you need any help please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

Ah, this old chestnut. Sorry to ask again as I’m sure I’ve asked before, but what is your structure re EAL, i.e. who is the named contact within your centre as I believe they do only deal with one person, and what is your experience of
this. Also, do you have different contacts within EAL with regard to quality, administration, etc., or is your contact just via the EV?
