We are pleased to announce that the latest issue of German Politics and Society has been published by Berghahn Journals. 
  
This special issue assesses the Élysée Treaty in the context of 2013 . The articles address such questions as: How has the relation changed over the course of five decades? Does a special Paris-Berlin axis still matter? Have the countries' expectations of the other evolved? Is there a winner from this alliance? Did the original Treaty accomplish what it planned?
