Hi All I am just testing the waters here, but I wonder whether anyone knows exactly what technical skills are required to building a Blackboard Learn building block? If we are (down the line) able to recruit any more members to our team, I would really like them to have the necessary skills to be able to step into such a role. Any comments/ ideas gratefully received!
