VACANCY: HERITAGE OFFICER (LEARNING & PARTICIPATION)
Permanent, 35 hours per week

Grade NJCSO1: £27,945 - £29,571

Drawing on your passion for the world famous history of London's East End, you'll develop and implement a programme of events, exhibitions, workshops and learning activities for schools, lifelong learners, local residents and visitors from elsewhere in the UK and around the world. The programme will be inspired by and based on the council's extensive and unique heritage collections held at Tower Hamlets Local History Library & Archives. In addition, you'll undertake regular cover for staff supervising the reading room, providing excellent customer service in the delivery of the public enquiry and research service for onsite visitors and remote users.
