‘I'm wondering if you can help me with the following. I'm seeking some source I can cite concerning the culpabilization or censure of women who remain childless in marriage ("barren", etc.) You might know if there's research done on Irish occurrences of this? A secondary discussion would be fine for my present purposes.  

 

Wondered if list members might be able to recommend sources.
