FEES-ONLY BURSARY FOR MA FOR RESEARCH IN GERMAN STUDIES (TAUGHT) AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WARWICK

The Department of German Studies at the University of Warwick will run, from autumn 2013, a new taught MA course designed for postgraduates with a desire to continue their studies through PhD research, the MA for Research in German Studies (more information at http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/german/postgraduatestudy/ma_research_german). For the coming academic session (2013-14), we still have one fees-only bursary for this MA available and welcome applications.

The Department (http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/german) is renowned for its strong cultural studies profile, considering cultural production in the context of historical, social, and political developments. We offer a lively research culture and strong cross-disciplinary ties to other departments in the Humanities. Collaborative research within the Humanities is fostered by a number of interdisciplinary research centres (more information at http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/hrc/aboutus/researchcentres), such as the Humanities Research Centre, the Centre for Research in Philosophy, Literature and the Arts, the Centre for the Study of the Renaissance, the Warwick Eighteenth Century Centre or the Global History and Culture Centre.
