Did you forget to attach the files? I don't see anything.
I assume you did a CheckReg on your images to check the registration. I also recommend using "art_movie" from the ArtRepair toolbox (see Paul Mazaika's website) to scroll through all the images.

Subject: [SPM] Question: whole brain was activated of my event-related task

Dear SPM experts,

I modeled my event-related picture-judge (the participant descided the picture (60 trails) they saw indoor or outdoor) experiment with multiple regressors (the realign parameters),
but the results seemed that all the brain was activated even I used a small p value(attachment: design matrix and the activated map).
I used the default settings:
Units for design:seconds
Interscan interval: TR (2s)
Microtime resolution:16
Microtime onset:1
High-pass filter:128
Canonical HRF (No derivatives)
..

the contrast: 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

I thought I would made no mistake of the onset time.

the pre-processed (sw*.img) images seems also Ok.

It's my first time to process task fMRI data and I hope anayone could give me a hint what is wrong or give me some  suggestion

Thanks in advance.

Best wishes,

Bin-Ke
