I would like to extract an effect size using a spherical ROI for a group map (2nd level). Can anyone tell me how to do this please? From what I can see, Marsbar only allows you to extract ROI effect sizes on a subject level (ie. First level contrasts), so I'm looking for some other way to do this. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
