Dear all, I am trying to assist a colleague of mine who is applying for a visa to attend a conference in Russia. Please could you advise as to the best application method. His specific query is that he understands that he needs to get 'a tourist voucher' and a 'tourist confirmation' document. Will any reasonably reputable hotel supply these quickly, or should he get a specialist commercial company to get these documents for him? Any advice would be most welcome.
