I have never come across a situation where the employee has to pay anything! Nor should they have to!!! My employee has to pay 2/7th cost= £1700- the employer pays more.(she can not afford this so isn't)I did not think the employee had to pay as surely that is further discrimination? Anyone point me in the right direction?
