Re alcohol hand sanitiser affecting resultshttp://news.ufl.edu/2011/05/12/hand-sanitizer/
http://consumerist.com/2011/05/25/use-too-much-hand-sanitizer-fail-an-alcohol-test/The study, which had subjects sanitize their hands 120 times a day for three straight days to receive false positives, says health professionals who sanitize their hands several times a day could be most at risk of tests falsely identifying their alcohol use.
11 participants used the hand sanitizer Purell once every five minutes during three 10-hour days. After taking twice-a-day urine tests and abstaining from drinking alcohol, all but one of the participants "failed."
Every 5 minutes for 3, 10 hour days... it's a wonder they had skin left to test
Do people in health care use it that often? Maybe they do?
