Torfaen Museum Trust Trust Fundraiser Temporary post until 31 March 2014 £22,000 p a pro rata (freelance equivalent £13,200) 4 days per week,Tuesdays – Fridays, 9-5 Based in the Trust offices at Pontypool Museum for four days per week, Tuesdays-Fridays 9-5 (the Trust’s working week), a Trust Fundraiser is required to raise support for its activities and to raise its profile and revenue for independent development. With previous experience of raising funds for charities or communities, and working with a small team of staff and volunteers, the Trust Fundraiser will be a confident communicator and presenter and will plan, promote, develop, initiate and implement recruitment campaigns, online income generation & trading as well as research and develop other possible fundraising activities for the Board of Trustees. The post may be extended subject to the fundraising success of the postholder. The Trust would consider freelance applications for this post but they must be based in the museum for the same hours.
