Congratulations to Ellen Noehr, who has been appointed as the first Professor in Midwifery Science in Denmark at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. 

With Professor Ellen Noehr the Danish midwifery research and science will have a new 'anchorage'. I wish all the best for Danish midwifery research in the time to come.
