Tom and others,
All the text volumes of all series published through 2009 are now (as of May 2013) available on line at www.mgh.de/dMGH. There is a search engine on the home page (www.mgh.de) that will search not just the text volumes in all series, but also the series not available online. In addition, there is a plugin for FireFox and IE that allows you to search for individual volumes.

Try Mansi, Sacrorum conciliorum nova et amplissima collectio.
The collection often is available in reprint.
Some Italian scholars proposed doing an online version about 8 years ago, but I have not seen a product since.

Does anyone know the standard edition of the 1310 provincial Council of
Trier (maybe in the MGH?) and whether the Latin text might be available
anywhere online?
