Please join us for a plenary roundtable, book launch and a wine reception at King’s College London.
Following the ICA’s 63rd Annual Conference, the Department of Culture, Media and Creative Industries (CMCI) at King’s College London will host a plenary roundtable on Cultural Work, Subjectivity and Technology. The event will put into dialogue research on three areas: work in the cultural and creative industries; subjectivity in and at work; and the interplay between work and communication technologies.
Speakers include: Rosalind Gill, Melissa Gregg, Ursula Huws, Gina Neff, Leslie Shade and Morag Shiach.
This event will also celebrate the launch of Contemporary Identities of Creativity and Creative Work by Stephanie Taylor and Karen Littleton (Ashgate, 2012).
