I am currently a PGCE Mandarin student at Goldsmiths and will work at a secondary school in Taunton, Somerset from this September. It would be very nice to meet more Mandarin teachers in South West because my school is new for Chinese.

The Peninsula Group Confucius Classroom, based in the South West, is organising a conference for Chinese teachers and those interested in Chinese, on Friday 5th July at the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth.
This will be the fourth year we have organised a conference and each year it has become more popular and successful. We will be sending out a program and application form before the half term, but if you are interested
