Hi Shelley,

Once she is logged-in to Refworks, if she clicks on Help>Tutorial, there are free youtube videos which show how to use Refworks, here is the link:

Our students find them helpful.

Regards,

Subject: RefWorks

Hi all

We have a user who is struggling with RefWorks.  No one in the library or research team has any experience with this product and I just wondered if anyone knew of a good guide or book which we could get for her?

Many thanks
Shelley
