I am trying to install fsl on ubuntu 12.04 LTS
after i run the command "sudo apt-key adv --recv-keys --keyserver pgp.mit.edu 2649A5A9"
I get the following error:

gpgkeys: HTTP fetch error 7: couldn't connect to host
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

While surfing the internet on neurodebian-users list to run the "sudo apt-get install neurodebian-keyring"

Which spits out the following:

sudo apt-get install neurodebian
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package neurodebian-keyring

Any suggestions to solve this issue.
